苯丙醇类抗生素对蛋白核小球藻生长的影响
Growth inhibition effect of phenicol antibiotics on Chlorella pyenoidosa
【摘要】 采用光照培养箱室内培养法,将蛋白核小球藻暴露于不同质量浓度苯丙醇类抗生素的水体中4 d,研究3种苯丙醇类抗生素氟苯尼考(FF)、甲砜霉素(TAP)和氯霉素(CAP)对蛋白核小球藻种群生长的影响.研究结果表明:氟苯尼考、甲砜霉素和氯霉素对蛋白核小球藻的生长有一定的抑制作用,该效应表现出一定的质量浓度和时间依赖性,48 h的EC50分别为10.42 mg/L、84.35 mg/L和28.66 mg/L;96 h的EC50依次为9.40、64.92和25.26mg/L.氟苯尼考、甲砜霉素和氯霉素对蛋白核小球藻的安全浓度分别为0.94、6.49和2.53 mg/L.结果还表明,这3种苯丙醇类抗生素,以氟苯尼考对蛋白核小球藻生长的抑制作用最大,氯霉素次之,甲砜霉素最小.
【Abstract】 The growth inhibition effects of phenicol antibiotics,including florfenicol(FF),thiamphenicol(TAP) and chloramphenicol(CAP),on a freshwater green algae Chlorella pyenoidosa,were examined in an artificial-lighting incubator.The results showed that FF,TAP and CAP inhibited the growth of the algae in a time-and dose-dependent manner.The medial effective concentrations(EC50) of FF,TAP,and CAP for 48 h were 10.42,84.35 and 28.66 mg/L,as well as 9.40,64.92 and 25.26 mg/L for 96 h,respectively.Therefore,the safe concentrations of FF,TAP and CAP for Chlorella pyenoidosa were 0.94,6.49 and 2.53 mg/L respectively.Our results also demonstrated that,the three phenicol antibiotics inhibited the growth of Chlorella pyenoidosa in the order of FF>CAP>TAP.
