【摘要】 目的:探讨腕踝针疗法的分娩镇痛效果以及对子宫收缩活性的影响。方法:选择无阴道分娩禁忌症,且要求自然分娩的足月妊娠产妇70例,按知情同意原则分为腕踝针组和对照组。对照组接受分娩镇痛处理,腕踝针组采用腕踝针疗法镇痛。比较分析两组孕产妇不同时间的视觉模拟(VAS)评分、β内啡肽(β-EP)以及5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平的变化。结果:与对照组相比,腕踝针组孕妇在镇痛后60、120 min、第1产程末、第2产程以及第3产程的VAS评分均明显降低(P<0.05);第1产程末和第2产程时β-EP水平明显降低(P<0.05),且在镇痛后60 min,第1产程末和第2产程时5-HT水平明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:腕踝针疗法具有分娩镇痛作用,其机理可能与β内啡肽降低,5-羟色胺升高有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To study the efficency of wrist-ankle acupuncture for childbirth analgesia and the effect on uterine contraction.Methods: 70 cases of full-term pregnancy without contraindications for vaginal delivery were selected.According to the principle of informed consent,they were divided into wrist-ankle acupuncture group and control group.The patients in control group did not receive analgesia treatment,while the patients in wrist-ankle acupuncture group were treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture analgesia.Comparative analysis between the two groups of pregnant women at different times of VAS score,β-EP levels and 5-HT levels change.Results: Compared with the control group,the patients of wrist-ankle acupuncture group showed significantly lower VAS scores after 60 min,120 min,the end of the first stage of labor,2nd and 3rd birth process birth process(P<0.05).Compared with control group,β-EP levels of wrist-ankle acupuncture group at late in the first birth process and birth process 2 were significantly lower,there were significant differences(P<0.05).However,5-HT levels after analgesia 60min,the end of birth process 1 and birth process 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy could improve childbirth analgesia,and analgesic active substance for the childbirth of the uterus.更多还原
