【摘要】 蔬菜是人们生活中必不可少的鲜活产品之一,需求和供应数量巨大。随着我国农产品物流业的不断发展,物流运作主体呈现多元化特点,由此产生了不同的蔬菜物流运作模式。针对蔬菜物流的现状,结合蔬菜的自然属性、经济价值、物流技术和配套设施、政策方针等蔬菜物流运作模式选择的影响因素,运用层次分析法对当前可供选择的蔬菜物流运作模式进行了评估,选出了最优模式,即:农业合作社—第三方物流企业—超市—消费者的蔬菜物流运作模式,得出了农超对接是蔬菜物流发展的未来趋势。同时为我国蔬菜物流系统的发展提供参考性的建议,着力解决"菜贱伤农"和"菜贵伤(市)民"并存的两难怪圈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vegetables,huge in both demand and supply,is one of the most common agricultural products in residents’ daily consumption.With the continuous development of the logistics industry of agricultural products in China,logistics operation main body gradually increased,which has produced different vegetable logistics organization models.This article,in view of the current situation of vegetable logistics,has assessed the current patterns of vegetable logistics with analytic hierarchy process according to the influence factors of vegetable logistics,for example: natural property,economic value,technical and logistics facilities,policy etc.Finally the analysis has selected the most superior pattern.It is the model of agricultural cooperative and the third party logistics enterprise and supermarket and consumers.This paper concluded that the agricultural & super docking is the trend of vegetable logistics.It provides referential suggestions for the development and improvement of vegetable logistics system to help resolve the dilemma between "cheap food hurt farmers" and "expensive food hurt consumers".更多还原
