【摘要】 为了强化学生临床常用设备操作技能,使学生进入实习后尽快适应岗位需求,对我校2009级即将进入实习的乡医班学生开展了临床常用设备操作技能的培训。学生对实习前临床常用设备操作技能培训的必要性给予充分肯定,培训结束后学生能够独立或在老师指导下进行设备的操作,在今后的培训中,要进一步完善技能培训的内容与形式,提高培训的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to strengthen the students’ basic operation of the Medical commonly used equipment and enable students meet the needs of hospital as soon as they into internship positions,Rural Medical Practice in training is carried out in grade 2009 students.Result: Students who has practiced the Medical commonly used equipment training fully affirmed the effects of training,after the training,they can carry out the operation under the guidance of teachers.in the future,teachers should further improve the content and form of skills training for the students and make unremitting efforts for the enhancement of skills of medical commonly used equipment.更多还原
