脱粒滚筒角速度的模糊PID控制
Fuzzy Control of Palstance of a Threshing Cylinder
【摘要】 根据收割机脱粒滚筒的控制特点,提出了实现脱粒滚筒角速度模糊PID控制的方法,设计了系统的模糊PID控制器并进行了实验.结果表明,模糊PID控制器具有良好的动态性能,并对滚筒负荷突变具有较强的适应性,其控制品质优于常规的模糊控制.
【Abstract】 The control of a combine cylinder was put forward and discussed in this paper,and the threshing cylinder’s control approximate models were given.The simulation model and controller of a combine cylinder were set up applying matlab /simulink and fuzzy logic toolbox,which can realize the simulation to control system by fuzzy control,PID control and fuzzy self-tuning PID control.As a result,the better dynamic response is fuzzy self-tuning PID control and the anticipated effect is achieved.
