一种新型微控单车试风系统的设计
A New Design of Brake Tester System for Microcomputer Controlled Single Car
【摘要】 铁路车辆制动性能是确保行车安全的关键.介绍了一种新型微控单车试风系统(单车试验器)的设计原理,结构方案.系统由工业级可编程控制器(PLC)、高精度压力传感器、触摸屏、电磁阀、无线通讯模块及管理服务器构成.实验表明:该系统可靠性高,达到测试精度要求.
【Abstract】 Railway vehicle braking performance is the key to ensure the safety in operation.This paper introduced a new design principle and structure scheme of microcomputer controlled single car brake tester.The system consists of industrial PLC,high precision pressure sensor,touch screen,electromagnetic valve,a wireless communication module and a management server.Experimental results show that: the system has high reliability and achieve the testing accuracy.
