基于机器人视觉的汽车零配件检测系统
The Detection System of Automobile Spare Parts Based on Robot Vision
【摘要】 通过对机器人视觉和汽车零配件生产系统的研究,提出一种新型的汽车零配件表面检测系统方案.该系统利用高斯滤波器、阈值分割、Canny算子等方法进行图像噪声的去除和边缘检测,通过图像相减匹配法提取零配件的缺陷特征值,解决零配件生产过程中存在的表面质量问题.实验结果表明,该系统显著提高汽车零配件检测系统的效率和产品质量稳定性.
【Abstract】 The Paper proposed a new automobile spare parts surface detection system,through study robot vision control and automobile spare parts production system.The system used the Gauss filter,threshold segmentation,Canny operator method for image noise removal and edge detection.The extraction of the defect eigenvalue of image subtraction matching parts was used to solve the spare parts production process in the presence of surface quality problem.The results show that the system significantly improved the automobile spare parts detection system efficiency and product quality stability.
