CBS在传染病学临床教学中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨CBS在传染病学临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选择案例,设置问题,并提出讨论内容,让学生围绕案例回答一系列问题。结果:实施CBS教学法班级的学生成绩与未实施CBS教学法班级成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在传染病学临床教学中应用CBS,可提高学生理论联系实际能力、临床技能水平及综合分析能力。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application effcient of CBS in the clinical teaching Auording to scores it had of lemology.Method Lemology belongs to clinical medicine.CBS(Case Based Study)was a useful clinical teaching method which was taking the students as the center.It could combine theory with practice,moreover,it could also make study more actively and initiatively.The CBS should be used suitably in clinical teaching of lemology.Results Significant difference between two groups,using CBS and not using CBS,and the difference had stutistic meaning(P<0.05.)Conclusion The Students’ ability of combining thory with practice,the level of clinical skills and the abitity of comprehend analysis are improved by using CBS in the clinical teaching of lemalogy.
