【摘要】 目的:分析法洛四联症(TOF)的病变特点,总结其手术治疗经验及术中所遇到的特殊情况。方法:回顾性分析450例实施TOF患者的手术情况,在低温、体外循环下行TOF根治术428例(包括合并畸形的手术),非体外循环下体肺分流术或中心分流共12例。结果:术后早期(30 d内)死亡6例,手术死亡率1.33%,死亡原因为低心排综合征、心功能衰竭2例,灌注肺、呼吸衰竭2例,肾衰及多器官衰竭2例,其他主要并发症36例,随访1个月～4年,晚期死亡1例,死于右室-肺动脉外通道堵塞。结论:准确掌握手术指征,根据不同病变采取不同术式是手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the pathologic characteristics of teralogy of Fallot(TOF)and summarize the experience of the operation for TOF.Method 450 TOF cases having been performed operation from May 2008 to May 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them one-stage was 428 cases,two-stage was 12 cases.Results 6 cases died in early stage after operation(<30 d),and the hospital mortality was 1.33%.Two of them died from severe low cardiac output syndrome,and two died from perfusion lung and respiratory failure.Follow up 1~48 months,1 case died from arrhythmia caused by occlusion of valved artificial blood vessel in late stage.Conclusion Mastering the operation indication and performing with different methods in TOF patients with different pathologic features are the key points of successful operation.更多还原
