【摘要】 目的:探讨以慢性咳嗽为主要症状的儿童鼻窦炎的临床特点,总结诊治经验,提高认识。方法:回顾分析65例以慢性咳嗽为主要症状的儿童鼻窦炎患儿的临床资料。结果:60例患者咳嗽症状明显缓解或消失,4例患者部分缓解,1例无效。结论:儿童慢性鼻窦炎常见,但以慢性咳嗽为主要症状的儿童鼻窦炎易误诊,医生应详细询问病史,并进行相关辅助检查,明确诊断后,采取针对性的治疗,临床治疗效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical features of sinusitis in children with chronic cough as the main symptom and to summarize experiences of diagnosis and treatment and raise awareness.Method Retrospective analysed of the clinical data of 65 children with sinusitis with chronic cough as the main symptoms.Results For 60 patients,the symptom of cough was relieved or disappeared,4 patients with partial remission,and 1 was invalid.Conclusion Chronic sinusitis is common in children,but the sinusitis in children with chronic cough as the main symptom is easy to misdiagnosed.The doctors should ask the history carefully,and associated the auxiliary examination.After confirmed diagnosis,we should take appropriate treatment,and we can get good clinical outcomes.更多还原
