【摘要】 目的:探讨输尿管镜在妊娠合并输尿管结石诊断治疗中的应用。方法:回顾性分析28例妊娠期合并输尿管结石患者行输尿管镜碎石取石术的临床资料。结果:28例患者均顺利完成手术,23例患者术中发现结石并行碎石取石术,4例术中未发现结石,行输尿管镜检留置双"J"管,1例结石进入肾盂,留置双"J"管,产后行ESWL排出结石,所有患者均未出现和手术相关的早产或流产。结论:输尿管镜在诊治妊娠期输尿管结石方面疗效确切,其安全性需要进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application of ureteroscopy in diagnosis and therapy of pregnancy with ureteric calculi.Method The clinical data of the 28 patients with ureteric calculi during pregnancy treated by ureteroscopy from January 2007 to January 2012 was retrospectively analyzed.Results All the operations were performed successfully,ureteral stones were found in 23 patients who underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy.There were no stones in 4 patients.1 patient′s stone moved to the renal pelvis,then double-J stent was placed and ESWL was performed postpartum.No complications were found and all patients completed the full term of pregnancy.Conclusion Ureteroscopy is effective in treating ureteral calculi during pregnancy.But we need further research to identify its safety.更多还原
