【摘要】 目的:在CT增强扫描中,更好、更有效地操作高压注射器,为临床诊断提供强有力的影像支持。方法:对2 446例患者使用高压注射器做增强扫描,取得良好的诊断效果。结果:早期使用高压注射器时经验不足,有2例患者在增强过程中发现肺动脉干上方出现空气小气泡,3例患者出现渗漏,经分析,查找原因,加强预防措施,在以后的增强扫描中未发现此现象。结论:应用高压注射器增强扫描,能明显提高病灶的检出率和诊断的正确率,更为临床提供良好的诊断依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In CT enhancement scanning,how to operate the high-pressured injector better and more efficient,to provide a powerful imaging support of clinical diagnosis would be worth exploring.Method Using the high-pressured injector to make the CT enhancement scanning for 2 446 patients from July 2010 to November 2011 in our hospital,obtaining a good diagnosis effect.Results Lack of early experience with high-pressure syringe,two patients were found to occur small air bubbles above the pulmonary artery in CT enhancement scanning,three patients were found leakage,by way of analysis,finding out the reasons,and to strengthen the preventive measures,this phenomenon has not been found in the later CT enhancement scanning.Conclusion The application of high-pressured injector in CT enhancement scanning can significantly improve the detection rate of lesions and the correct rate of diagnosis,which can provide a good basis for clinical diagnosis.更多还原
