【摘要】 目的:探讨糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠坐骨神经中金属硫蛋白(metallothionein,MT)的表达意义。方法:测定糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经MT含量及MT亚型(MT-1和MT-3)mRNA的表达。结果:随着糖尿病病程进展,大鼠表现血糖、坐骨神经MT含量逐渐增高。RT-PCR结果显示,4周、8周和16周糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经MT-1及MT-3mRNA表达均出现明显上调(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠坐骨神经MT表达增高,可能与抗氧化应激、神经修复有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of metallothionein(MT)expression in sciatic nerve of rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods To detect the MT content and MT isoforms(MT-1 and MT-3)mRNA expression in the sciatic nerve of diabetic rats.Results With the progression of diabetes,rats showed blood glucose rise,and the MT content increased gradually in the sciatic nerve of rats.It was found that MT-1 mRNA and MT-3 mRNA of sciatic nerve of rats all express to rise in the experiment 4、8 and 16 weeks(P<0.05).Conclusions The increased of the MT expression in the sciatic nerve of rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy may be associated with antioxidative function and nerve repair.
