【摘要】 目的:对高压氧治疗颅脑外伤的临床疗效进行分析。方法:将收治的颅脑损伤患者中随机抽取70例,然后平均分为高压氧治疗组和常规治疗组,对比记录其治疗效果,曾患有严重心、脑、肺、肾、肝疾病及严重创伤或重大手术史患者,使用过抗癫痫药物及镇静药物患者,不在抽取之中。结果:相对于对照组,以高压氧对患者进行治疗的研究组的临床效果明显更好,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗颅脑损伤效果显著,可明显减少治疗时间,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen on serve traumatic brain injury patients.Methods Seventy cases of traumatic brain injury patients in our hospital were randomized,andthey were evenly distributed to two groups,pressure oxygen treatment and routine treatment group,and the treatment effect were recorded.Results Compared with the routine treatment group,the pressure oxygen treatment group have much better clinical effect.Significant differences appear between the two groups,which means has statistical significance.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has remarkable effect on head injury patient,it can significantly reduce treatment time and Worthy of clinical.更多还原
