【摘要】 目的:分析脑性瘫痪患儿功能训练配合康复护理的效果。方法:选择住院的92例脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为两组,康复护理组46例(即康复组),对照组46例,康复护理组给予功能训练的同时配合康复护理,对照组给予功能训练不配合康复护理。两组均3个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后比较两组治疗效果。结果:康复护理组效果明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑性瘫痪患儿功能训练联合康复护理可提高康复效果及患儿的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of function training with rehabilitation nursing for children with cerebral palsy.Method From September 2008 to September 2010,92 in-hospital patients with cerebral palsy were randomly devided into two groups,46 patients in the rehabilitation nursing group received function training accordingly,while 46 patients in the comparison group adopted only function training.Both groups were treated for two courses,one course included three months.Results The effect of function training with rehabilitation nursing group was higher than that of the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing with function training for children with cerebral palsy can greatly improve the rehabilitation effect and their life quality.更多还原
