【Abstract】 By analysing the social reasons,the effect and influence of relative deprivation on P.E.teachers at university,the paper finds that profession discrimination is the main reason which induces job burnout and even commitment of a crime.Relative deprivation on P.E.teachers should be highly recognized,otherwise it may block the implement of the target of P.E.at university,and the campus and social harmonious environment.更多还原
