小样本数控刀架的可靠性模型
Research on reliability model for NC turret with small samples
【摘要】 结合某系列数控刀架现场试验数据,采用基于Bayes理论的小样本威布尔分布的方法进行数控刀架的可靠性模型分析;对于可靠性模型的两个参数α,β(尺度参数和形状参数),采用粒子群优化算法进行估计。采用该建模方法建立的数控刀架可靠性模型,可以得到更为准确的分析结果。
【Abstract】 According to certain serial NC turret locale test data and small sample Weibull distribution method based on Bayesian theory,for NC turret reliability model,is proposed.For the two parameters of the reliability model,swarm optimization algorithm is used to estimate parameters.More accurate results of the analysis can be got,using this modeling approach to establish the reliability model of NC turret.
