【Abstract】 Under the modern university system,internal management system in Colleges and universities is facing a great change.Educational administration department,as the core of the college teaching management,how to change their internal management,under the guidance of thinking of reflecting "professors’ academic management" how to perfect educational management functions,improve the management level and better serve the majority of staff are the major problems that educational administration is facing.This article,from the following aspects of promoting the educational administration management staff’s quality,strengthening functions of teaching affairs office,reinforcing construction of teaching affairs office,realizing the modernization of management of teaching affairs,further elaborates several important problems that university educational administration management work should pay attention to under the modern university system.更多还原
