【摘要】 目的探讨精神分裂症患者凶杀案的城乡差异及相关的精神病理学特征。方法采用自编犯罪学调查表对62例城镇精神分裂症凶杀案与72例农村精神分裂症凶杀案进行比较。结果两组凶杀行为的主要原因均为幻觉、妄想,但农村精神分裂症患者的受教育水平偏低(t=6.09,P<0.01)、外显精神症状较为突出(χ2=5.13,P<0.05),被害人以邻居多见(χ2=3.46,P<0.05);城镇精神分裂症凶杀案中无业人员多见(χ2=9.01,P<0.01)。结论文化差异及经济、环境因素对精神分裂症的凶杀行为存在影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the difference between homicide behaviors of schizophrenia in town and suburb area and the relevant traits of psychopathology.Methods A total of 62 murder cases of schizophrenia-in-town and 72 ones in suburb were investigated,and then compared with using criminology questionnaire made by ourselves.Results The main reasons of homicide in above both groups were hallucination and delusion,however,for the lower education level(t=6.09,P<0.01),Patients in suburb always showed the psychiatric symptoms out(χ2=5.13,P<0.05),and the victims were usually patients’ neighbors(χ2=3.46,P<0.05);In contrary,schizophrenia-in-town with homicide behaviors always maybe unemployee(χ2=9.01,P<0.01).Conclusion It has effects for culture difference,economical and environmental factors to homicide behaviors of schizophrenia.更多还原
