【摘要】 目的了解精神科护士的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我院86名精神科护士进行测试,并与常模比较。结果①精神科护士SCL-90各因子评分均高于常模,其中强迫因子差异显著(t=2.15,P<0.05),躯体化症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子差异非常显著(t=2.74～3.09,P<0.01);②男护士SCL-90人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子评分较女护士差异显著(t=2.03～2.22,P<0.05);③30岁以下护士组的SCL-90躯体化症状、人际关系、焦虑、恐怖因子分明显高于31岁以上护士组,差异显著(t=2.04～2.31,P<0.05)。结论精神科护士的心理健康状况较差,尤其是男护士的心理健康状况偏重,30岁以下护士的心理健康状况较31岁以上者差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand mental health condition of nurses in psychiatric department.Methods A total of 86 nurses in psychiatric department were tested by SCL-90.Results ①Psychiatric nurses’ SCL-90 scores were higher than the norm,The forcing factors had significant difference(t=2.15,P<0.05),somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,phobic difference were very significant(t=2.74～3.09,P<0.01);② Male nurses’ interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,phobic scores were higher than those of female nurses(t=2.03～2.22,P<0.05);③Nurses in below 30-years old had higher scores in somatization,interpersonal relationships,anxiety and fear than nurses in above 31 years old(t=2.04～2.31,P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health condition of nurses in psychiatric department is poor,especially male nurses or nurses in below 30 years old.更多还原
