【摘要】 目的探讨辅助音乐治疗对接受无抽搐电休克(MECT)患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的改善作用。方法将68例接受MECT治疗的患者随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组进行一般常规治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上,辅助音乐治疗。结果 MECT治疗结束后干预组抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分明显低于对照组(t=3.715和2.971,P均<0.01),两组患者对MECT治疗的依从性亦存在显著性差异(U=3.151,P<0.01)。结论辅助音乐治疗能明显改善接受MECT治疗患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,同时能提高患者的治疗依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of auxiliary music therapy on improving function of anxiety and depression in patients which accepted modified electroeonvulsive therapy(MECT).Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent MECT were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.The control group accepted general conventional treatment and nursing.On this basis,the intervention group accepted auxiliary music therapy.Results The SAS and SDS scores in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group after the MECT treatment(t=3.715 and 2.971;P<0.01).There was significant difference in the treatment adherence between two groups(U=3.151,P<0.01).Conclusion Auxiliary music therapy can obviously improve the depression and anxiety of patients with MECT,and can improve the treatment adherence.更多还原
