【摘要】 目的探讨医学院校研究生就业压力情况,以期为高校实行研究生就业心理辅导和就业指导提供一定的理论依据,体现现实指导意义。方法采用就业压力问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对山西医科大学研究生学院2476名在校学生进行集体测查和分析。结果①医学研究生总的就业压力处在低等偏上水平(x-=0.858,低于理论中数1.5)。其中:不同性别的就业压力得分差别有统计学意义(t#=-1.984,P=0.047);是否参加过工作在就业压力得分上有显著差异(t=-4.503,P<0.001);不同年级的就业压力平均得分差别有统计学意义(F=7.078,P=0.001);不同婚姻状况的就业压力得分差别有统计学意义(F=5.623,P<0.001);不同培养类型的就业压力得分差别有统计学意义(F=3.321,P=0.034);家庭所在地与就业压力也有关(F=18.882,P<0.001);②就业压力6个维度均与心理健康显著相关(P<0.01),职业期望、生理因素、求职经历、自身条件构成显著的回归效应(P<0.05)。结论医学院校研究生总的就业压力不是很大;医学院校研究生就业压力及压力各维度与心理健康有显著的正相关关系,而且对心理健康有一定的预测作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore employment pressure situation of postgraduates in medical university,in order to provide certain theoretical basis for implementing postgraduate employment counseling and careers guidance.Methods The employment pressure questionnaire and SCL-90 were used to investigate postgraduate of Shanxi medical university.Results Firstly,employment pressure of postgraduate was in low level(=0.858<M=1.5).There was significant gender difference in employment pressure(t=-1.984,P=0.047).The students who had attended work had lower scores than those who did not(t=-4.503,P<0.001).Different grade had different score(F=7.078,P=0.001).The students of different marital status got different scores(F=5.623,P<0.001).Training types affected employment pressure(F=3.321,P=0.034).The place of family was also related to employment pressure(F=18.882,P<0.001);Secondly,the six dimensions of employment pressure were significantly associated with mental health(P<0.01),career expectations,physiological factors,job experience and their own conditions had significant regression effect on mental health(P<0.05).Conclusion The employment pressure of postgraduate in medical university is not very high;The employment pressure and pressure dimensions of postgraduate in medical university are significantly and positively correlated to mental health.更多还原
