【摘要】 目的调查分析大学生村官心理健康现状及其影响因素。方法采用自编问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对180名大学生村官进行调查,运用SPSS16.0统计软件对173份有效问卷进行统计处理。结果个别大学生村官存在心理异常现象;大学生村官在强迫、人际关系敏感、恐惧、偏执、抑郁、敌对等方面与全国青年常模比较有显著性差异(t=-6.684,-11.546,-4.023,-4.614,-2.64,-3.513;P<0.01或P<0.001);大学生村官的心理健康水平会受到任职年限(F=10.523,P<0.001)、受教育程度、专业(F=4.279,4.04;P<0.05)的影响;大学生的自信心(F=5.500,P<0.001)和政策执行中需要改进的问题(F=2.215,P<0.05)2个方面会影响村官的心理健康。结论大学生村官的职业认知和行为、人们的观念、村民对大学生村官的态度、政府管理方面存在的问题等是影响大学生村官心理健康的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mental health status of undergraduate village officers and its influencing factors.Methods Using primary questionnaire and SCL-90 to survey the mental state of 180 undergraduate village officers,and it acquired 173 valid questionnaires in data processing.Results A small number of undergraduate village officers had mental aberration,compare to national adult norm,there were significant differences on obsessive-compulsive,interiersonal sensitivity,fear,paranoid,depression and hostility(t=-6.684,-11.546,-4.023,-4.614,-2.64,-3.513;P<0.01 or P<0.001).Their mental health conditions were influenced by tenure of office(F=10.523,P<0.001),educational background,majors(F=4.279,4.04;P<0.05),the two main factors that influenced their mental state were self-confidence(F=5.500,P<0.001) and the progressive problems arising in the policy implementation(F=2.215,P<0.05).Conclusion Vocational cognition,villager’s attitude,management problems are the main factors that influence the mental health status of undergraduate village officers.更多还原
