【摘要】 目的探讨非专业人员对精神分裂症患者开展药物自我处置技能训练的疗效。方法由8名非专业人员作为研究组,8名专业人员作为对照组,经过培训合格后分别对A(n=30)、B(n=30)两组精神分裂症患者实施药物自我处置技能训练。在训练前与训练结束后用自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)、中文版简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)进行疗效评估。结果 A、B两组患者ITAQ、BPRS、SDSS总分在训练前比较与训练后比较差异均无统计学意义(t=0.23～0.97,P>0.05);同组之间在训练前后比较差异均具有统计学意义(t=5.65～14.95,P<0.001)。结论经过培训后的非专业人士能够有效开展药物自我处置技能训练,可以考虑吸收一些非专业人士加入到社区精神卫生服务队伍中去。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of paraprofessional skill training for schizophrenic patients on self-management of medication.Methods A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia being randomly divided into the experimental group(Group A)(n=30) and control group(Group B)(n=30),which were trained on self-management of medication by eight qualified paraprofessionals and eight qualified professionals respectively.Both groups were assessed by Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ),Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS) before and after the training to evaluate the effectiveness.Results There were no significant differences(t=0.23~0.97,P>0.05) between the two groups in the scores of all of the assessment tools(ITAQ,BPRS and SDSS) before and after the training.There were significant differences(t=5.65~14.95,P<0.001)in those scores before and after the training in each group.Conclusion The qualified paraprofessionals are capable of providing training for schizophrenic patients on self-management of medication.It is worth considering recruiting those qualified paraprofessionals into the team of community mental health services.更多还原
