内循环撞击流生物膜反应器的挂膜启动研究
Biofilm Formation in an Internal Loop Impinge Streams Biofilm Reactor
【摘要】 通过小试试验,研究了自主设计的内循环撞击流生物膜反应器的启动过程。结果表明,在模拟废水的SCOD 500mg/L,NH3-N 200mg/L,pH 7~8条件下,反应器经过25d后成功挂膜,出水SCOD稳定在40mg/L左右,溶解氧稳定在0.88~1.0mg/L,反应器表现了良好的传质效果。
【Abstract】 Biofilm formation was studied in a self-designed internal loop impinge streams biofilm reactor through bench-scale test.Results indicated that under the conditions of simulated sewage containing 500 mg/L SCOD & 200 mg/L NH3-N,with pH value of 7~8,after 25 days biofilm formation,each of the SCOD and DO content in the sewage could be steadily reduced to 40 mg/L and 0.88~1.0 mg/L,the efficiency of mass transmission of the reactor was satisfied.
