【摘要】 超市已成为我国零售业中发展最快、成长潜力最大的业态。本文在实地调查、统计基础上,对九江派拉蒙超市连锁网点布局特征加以概括,运用特尔菲法、层次分析法得到影响九江市派拉蒙超市连锁网点布局的主要因子,且构建了评价体系。应用位序法对派拉蒙超市网点布局进行了聚类分析,划分出其网点布局的基本类型,并根据分析结果,对其今后的布局与发展策略提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supermarket has become largest retail trade and it develops fastest with potential new strength.The paper summarized the layout features of JiuJiang Primo Supermarket Chains(JPSC) on the basis of statistics and site investigation.With Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP),the main factors that impact JPSC layout were collected and formed a evaluation system. Through Rank Method and Cluster Analysis(CA),the primitive types of JPSC layout were divided. Based on the above,the paper puts forward to recommendations on the layout and its future development strategy.更多还原
