【摘要】 目的了解建设农村卫生实践基地对新农合"用得上"人才培养情况。方法对经过农村卫生实践基地实践的毕业生用人单位的领导、同事问卷调查。结果对新农合的岗位适应能力、与新农合所需的业务素质与对照组比较有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论通过农村卫生实践基地实践教学,为新农合培养的护理人才岗位适应能力更强,知识技能更贴近农村实际需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To understand the building rural health practice base NRCMS the " lingua franca" of personnel training.Method: The graduates of the employing unit after the practice of rural health practice base leader,colleague questionnaire.Results: The positions of the new rural cooperative adaptation ability,and professional quality of the new rural cooperative required with the control group have a very significant difference(p < 0.01).Conclusion: The practice of rural health practice base teaching,adaptable,knowledge and skills closer to the actual needs in rural areas for the training of new rural cooperative medical care personnel positions.更多还原
