【Abstract】 There are two economic sectors in our cities,system of state ownership and private economy,which in unequal status.State ownership enterprises are mainstream in the cities,owning lots of economic resources,monopolizing the market prices,being connected with governments,etc.however,private enterprise have little economic resources in market.They are not only be faced with the intense competition in market,but also confronted with pillaged by state enterprises.Binary systems trigger a series of problems in society.So,reforming the binary systems is the key measures to resolve the conflicts of economic constructer recently in our country.更多还原
