【Abstract】 "Henan mode" is one of the innovations of the national student loan.To further improve "mode in Henan",College risk prevention mechanism must be established.Risk prevention mechanisms,including education for students in colleges and universities,management,service and checking links and so on,which is an important part of establishing the punishment system.University officers and Han results should include financial penalties to charge penalty interest,reputation for implementation of the Bulletin of the blacklist system punishment,punishment and legal life of personal credit system blacklist blacklist of tough sanctions,to ensure the smooth conduct of the work of national student loan.更多还原
