【摘要】 伴随着服务外包产业的迅速发展,服务外包园区已经承担起了服务外包产业运行中枢的重任,聚集各类服务外包企业,提供各种专业化的公共服务平台,成为了一个国家或地区服务产业发展的重要载体。当前,制约黑龙江省服务外包园区发展的主要问题是园区内服务外包企业发展欠缺,园区内基础设施薄弱,政府支持力度较弱。推进黑龙江省服务外包园区发展,应完善政策,加大扶持力度;整合资源,增强产业竞争力;转变模式,促进可持续发展;科学规划,加强配套和管理,保证园区的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of outsourcing service industry,service outsourcing parks have undertaken the operation center role in the running of this industry and become the key carrier for the development of this industry in areas and countries by clustering various service outsourcing businesses and offering public service platforms of diversified specialties.The main problems curbing the development of Heilongjiang Service Outsourcing Park now are the weak development of enterprises,infrastructure inside the park,and less policy support from the government.To accelerate the park’s development,the policies should be improved to intensify the support,resources should be integrated to increase industry competitiveness,original modes should be transformed to facilitate a sustainable development,and projects should be made in scientific ways to strengthen the interactive support and management.更多还原
