【Abstract】 This paper explores how entrepreneur strategic leadership influences enterprise performance by analzing China’s enterprises with the strategic decision making theory .The results show that strategic decision mechanism is an important factor when improving the enterprise performance. At the same time, entrepreneur strategic leadership has significantly positive effects on the strategic decision-making mechanism. The enterprise strategic decision mechanism is the intermediary variable when entrepreneur strategic leadership influencing enterprise performance.更多还原
