貉GAPDH基因的克隆与序列分析
Cloning and Sequencing of Raccoon Dog GAPDH Gene
【摘要】 根据哺乳动物的甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶(glycera ldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase,GAPDH)氨基酸的保守序列,参考犬的GAPDH基因序列,设计一对特异性引物,采用RT-PCR技术,从貉的肝脏中扩增出一段长271 bp的序列。对其序列分析表明:该基因序列与GenBank中已发表的犬的GAPDH基因(GenBank序列号:AB028142,AB038240)同源性为100%。本试验成功地克隆了一段貉GAPDH基因,证实了貉亦存在GAPDH基因且高度保守。
【Abstract】 The Raccoon dog GAPDH gene was amplified and cloned by RT-PCR from its liver.The gene was sequenced by 271 bp.Compared with the genes of canine(GenBank numbers:AB028142,AB038240),they shared 100% homology.This trial proved that the GAPDH gene was existed and conserved in raccoon dog.
