【摘要】 本文在国际技术溢出理论的基础上,研究了逆向技术溢出对中国技术水平的影响。本文的主要创新在于将人力资本溢出引入了国际技术溢出的研究范畴。前人仅研究了逆向研发资金溢出对中国技术水平的影响,而本文还研究了逆向人力资本溢出对中国技术水平的影响。通过研究,主要发现:(1)在本文的研究年限中(1985～2008年),整体而言,东道国逆向研发资金溢出和逆向人力资本溢出对中国技术水平没有显著的影响;(2)对于逆向研发资金溢出而言,中国的人力资本可以形成一定的吸收能力,为使得逆向研发资金溢出对国内技术有正向的影响,存在国内人力资本的"门槛效应",即,从2001年开始,逆向研发资金溢出经过国内人力资本的吸收,对国内技术水平有促进作用;(3)对于逆向人力资本溢出而言,中国的研发资金存量可以形成一定的吸收能力,为使得逆向人力资本溢出对国内技术有正向影响,存在国内研发资金存量的"门槛效应",即,从2004年开始,逆向人力资本溢出经过国内研发资金存量的吸收,对国内技术有促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of international technology spillover theory,this paper studied the impact of reverse technology spillovers on China′s technology.This paper introduced human capital spillovers into the research field of international technology spillovers.Different from former studies,this paper not only analysed the impact of reverse R&D capital spillovers on China′s technology,but also analysed the impact of reverse human capital spillovers on China′s technology.The mainly discoveries of the paper are: 1) From 1985 to 2008,as a whole,reverse technology spillovers cannot promote China′s technology;2) China′s human capital shows some absorptive capacity to reverse R&D capital spillovers,and reverse R&D capital spillovers could promote China′s technology if China′s human capital exceeded "threshold",that is,from 2001,reverse R&D capital spillovers could promote China′s technology after being absorbed by China′s human capital;3) China′s R&D capital stock shows some absorptive capacity to reverse human capital spillovers,and reverse human capital spillovers could promote China′s technology if China′s R&D capital stock exceeded "threshold",that is,from 2004,reverse human capital spillovers could promote China′s technology after being absorbed by China′s R&D capital stock.更多还原
