【Abstract】 Land finance is an economic phenomenon particular in China.It is both a result of Chinese economic system and an outcome of the games centering on the allocation of land interests and profits between the Central Government,local governments,real estates developers and residents.Game-theory-based analyses of the interest parties’ income functions,strategic choices and the gaming process between the parties helps reveal the history and inevitability of land finance development.更多还原
