【摘要】 病残儿医学鉴定是一项政策性很强的日常工作,本文通过大量文献资料分析并结合实际工作经历,从医学技术鉴定、再生育指导及管理等方面对病残儿医学鉴定工作现状进行总结,并由此提出改进和完善病残儿医学鉴定工作的建议,其中包括加强培训和管理、利用信息平台建立监测中心,以及开展疾病合作研究和干预,促进优生技术的应用与开发等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The medical authentication of a disabled child is of policy significance in China,with administrative officials and professional technical personnel involved in the procedure.This article reviews the current development in the medical authentication of a disabled kid,covering the technology,instruction for another pregnancy,administrative affairs and many other aspects concerned.With years of experience in this field,the authors suggest a comprehensive approach to improve the service,with inclusion of training in techniques and management,convenient access to the information concerned(national center suggested to be established),and development of new protocols to prevent the recurrence of the disease.更多还原
