【摘要】 目的评估血清糖类抗原-125(carbohydrate autigea-125,CA125)在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的分期及术后妊娠情况中的价值。方法对148例经保守手术治疗且术后病理确诊为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿,有生育要求并排除其他不孕因素患者的临床资料进行分析。比较不同子宫内膜异位症分期(the revised classification American Fertility Society,r-AFS)及术后1年内不同妊娠情况的患者术前血清CA125水平。结果 148例患者中,随着r-AFS分期增高,术前血清CA125水平增加。Ⅳ期血清CA125水平明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期(P<0.05);Ⅲ期血清CA125水平明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。血清CA125与rAFS分期系统的分期呈正相关(r=0.980,P<0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者术后1年内妊娠者的术前血清CA125水平明显低于未妊娠者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且血清CA125水平与术后1年内的妊娠率呈负相关(r=-0.85,P<0.05)。结论检测血清CA125水平对评估卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的分期及预测术后妊娠情况有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the value of serum(carbohydrate autigea-125,CA125) in evaluating the stage of endometriotic cyst of ovary and predicting the pregnancy after surgery.Methods 148 patients who were undergoing conservative surgery and then diagnosed as endometriotic cyst of ovary were analyzed.All of them were fertile and wanted to have babies.Preoperative serum CA125 levels were compared in their different stages of endometriosis and the pregnancy within one year after surgery.Results All of the 148 cases,the serum CA125 level increased along with the raising up of stage.The serum CA125 level in stage Ⅳ was higher than that in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P<0.05).Consequently,serum CA125 level in stage Ⅲ was higher than that in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between serum CA125 level and stage(r=0.980,P<0.05).If the patients in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ or IV,were pregnant within one year after surgery,their preoperative serum CA125 levels were remarkably lower than those without pregnancy,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Furthermore,There was a negative correlation between serum CA125 and pregnancy rate within one year after surgery(r=-0.85,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CA125 levels play an important role in evaluating the stage of endometriotic cyst of ovary and predicting the pregnancy after surgery.更多还原
