【摘要】 目的分析影响围绝经期及绝经后期妇女宫内节育器(intrauterine contraceptive device,IUD)取出的相关因素。方法回顾性分析江门市人口和计划生育服务中心2005～2010年间围绝经期及绝经后期取出IUD的290例妇女的相关临床资料,根据取出的难易程度,将其分为容易取出组(A组)200例,困难取出组(B组)90例,采用病例对照分析和Logistic回归分析A、B组间影响围绝经期及绝经后期妇女IUD取出的相关因素。结果病例对照分析表明,妇女年龄越大、置器年限越长、绝经后取器时间越长,IUD的取出越困难,A、B两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组绝经年龄比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析表明IUD取出的难易程度与置器年限与绝经后取器时间呈正相关,与妇女绝经年龄相关性不大。结论 IUD的取出应该充分考虑妇女的置器时间和绝经后取器时间,这样可以减少围绝经期妇女IUD取出的并发症,降低取IUD的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlative factors to influence over in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women taking out IUD.Methods The clinical information of 290 perimenopausal and postmenopausal women who underwent removal of IUD in our center during 2005-2010 was retrospectively analyzed.By degrees of difficulties,they were divided into two groups,one was the easily removable group(group A) containing 200 cases;another was difficult-taking group(group B) containing 90 cases.Methods of case control and logistic regression were adopted to analyze the correlative factors between group A and group B.Results The case-control analysis showed that if the women were older,or the time of ring-service or the duration between the ring-taking and menopause were longer,the IUD removal will be more difficult.There were significant differences between group A and B(P<0.05).There was no obvious difference between the two groups in comparison of their menopausal ages(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the degree of difficulties in removal of IUD was the positively correlated to the time of ring-service and the duration between menopause and ring-taking,but had little relevance with the age of women.Conclusion In IUD removal,the time of ring-service and the duration between menopause and ring-taking should be taken into full consideration so as to reduce the risks and complications in removal of IUD in perimenopausal women.更多还原
