【摘要】 目的:探讨重庆地区人群载脂蛋白B基因(apolipoprotein B,ApoB)3’端可变数目串联重复序列(variable numble of tandem repeats,3’VNTR)的多态性与冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)的关系。方法:采用病例-对照相关研究策略,随机选取重庆地区120例健康人和70例CHD患者,采用多聚酶链式反应(PCR)结合聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对所有研究对象ApoB基因3′VNTP多态性进行分析。结果:在所有受检者中共分离出16个3′VNTR等位基因,两组人群中等位基因分布频率均呈双峰型,冠心病组中以HVE32、HVE34、HVE38为主,性别无明显差异。结论:ApoB基因3’VNTR多态性与重庆地区冠心病患者的易感性相关,与性别无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the association of the variant of 3 ’ VNTR in apolipoprotein B(ApoB)and coronary heart disease(CHD) in the Chongqing population.Methods:Case control association study was performed.70 patients with CHD and 120 healthy control were selected at random from Chongqing population,3 ’ VNTR of apoB in those people were analyzed by PCR and polycrylamide gel eletrophoresis.Results:16 allelic gene were displayed among all of the people,the distribution of those allelic gene in the two groups show double peaks.The HVE32,HVE34,HVE38 were the main type in CHD group that there was no obviously difference in gender.Conclusion:The 3 ’ VNTR alleles is link to the CHD in Chongqing eara and no relationship between gender.更多还原
