【Abstract】 The technology standard of judicial authentication is the foundation of the judicial authentication standardization.This article,through analyzing and clarifying the relationship among the three elements of the technology standard of judicial authentication: the facilitator,the interaction and the forces,elaborates three working modes of the technology standard of judicial authentication,believes that our country should choose the "triangle moved up" mode as its basic working mode,and finally explains the issues on working the technology standard of judicial authentication.更多还原
