【Abstract】 Through analysis of graphs and by using the game model,this paper finds that low electricity price does not encourage residents to save electricity.To achieve the goal of promoting residents to save electricity,the government should take consideration of the effects of tiered electricity price on households especially low-income families’ welfare and moderately increase the standard of residents’ basic electricity consumption level Q0,the price of PH and PL when designing the tiered electricity price system.To ensure the low-income families’ necessary power consumption level,the government could subsidize them directly.更多还原
