Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Magnetic Properties of a Sandwich-type Polyoxometalate [H2N(CH2CH22O]10[Mn2(AsVMo9O33) 2 ]·12H2O

【摘要】 A new heteropolymolybdoarsenate [H2N(CH2CH2)2O]10[Mn2(AsVMo9O33)2]·12H2O(1) has been synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is made up of sandwich-type [Mn2(AsVMo9O33)2]10- anions, [H2N(CH2CH2)2O]+ cations and H2O molecules of crystallization. The magnetic properties of 1 have been studied by measuring its magnetic susceptibility in the temperature range of 2.0-300.0 K, indicating the existence of antiferromagnetic interactions.
