交流接触器温度场数值仿真模拟
Thermal Simulation of AC Contactor
【摘要】 通过可视化建模的方法,在ANSYS的基础上模拟了交流接触器的稳态温度场分布。该交流接触器模型以动静接触组作为单一热源,主要建模步骤分为:3D模型创建、网格划分、前处理(包括定义单元类型、材料参数、接触条件等)、加载约束条件(包括电压、电流、空气对流等)及后处理图像数据分析。模拟仿真结果表明最高温度区域出现在触头处,且使用纯银材料或复合银材料Ag(SnO2)7(In2O3)3的结果差异甚小,整机温升情况处在安全工作温度范围。
【Abstract】 Using the techniques of visual simulation of ANSYS,the thermal simulation of a typical AC contactor was achieved.This contactor has a single heat source(the electrical contact group),and the major modeling steps are: 3D model building,finite elements division,preprocess(including element types,material properties,contact conditions,etc),loading constraints(including tension,current,atmosphere convections,etc) and post-process data analysis.The simulation result shows that the highest temperature appears at the region of contact,the temperature results have a tiny difference between Ag and Ag composite Ag(SnO2)7(In2O3)3,and the rise of temperature rests in the safety operating temperature range.
