【摘要】 目的探讨动态心电图对早期复极(early repolarization ER)的检出率和诊断意义。方法回顾性分析5248例受检者的动态心电图,严格按诊断要求筛选早期复极。结果共筛选出104例,检出率为1.98%,其中18例为常规心电图诊断的早期复极,占17.31%。结论动态心电图对早期复极的检出率高于常规心电图,24 h12导联动态心电图能较好地反映出早期复极J波及ST段特征性变化以及心率与自觉症状的关系,是诊断心电早期复极改变的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the usage of dynamic electrocardiography in the detection and diagnosis of the Early Repolarization(ER).Methods The dynamic electrocardiographies of 5248 patients were reviewed.Results Among the 104 selected patients(incidence 1.98%),18 cases of ERS(17.31%)were confirmed by regular electrocardiography.Conclusions The detection rate of ERS by dynamic electrocardiography is higher than that of regular electrocardiography.The 12-lead dynamic electrocardiography more effectively reveals the relation between the feature of J and ST wave of ERS and heart rate,playing an important role in the early diagnosis of ERS.更多还原
