【摘要】 目的探讨耳穴贴压融入舒适护理模式缓解扁桃体切除术后患者疼痛的效果。方法按随机数字表法将2010年4月至2011年9月在江苏省人民医院择期行扁桃体切除术的慢性扁桃体炎患者50例分为对照组28例和观察组22例,对照组患者实施舒适护理模式,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上联合耳穴贴压法止痛。采用长海痛尺评价两组患者的术后疼痛程度,并记分;同时观察患者术后并发症的发生情况及创面愈合情况。结果观察组患者术后第1天和第2天局部疼痛较对照组明显减轻,未发生任何并发症;对照组患者中有2例术后24h内发生出血。结论将耳穴贴压疗法融入舒适护理模式,可以有效地减轻扁桃体术后患者的疼痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of ear acupoints sticking-pressing therapy combined with comfortable nursing model for alleviating post-tonsillectomy pain.Methods From April 2011 to September 2011,50 patients undergoing selective tonsillectomy were randomly divided into observation group(n=22) and control group(n=28).Patients in the observation group and in the control group were treated by comfortable nursing combined with ear acupoints sticking-pressing therapy based on routine comfortable nursing and routine comfortable nursing,respectively.The degree of postoperative pain was measured and scored by the Changhai Pain Rating Scale.The postoperative complications and wound healing condition were also observed.Results The postoperative pain at day 1 and day 2 were significantly reduced in the observation group compared with the control group.Complications were not observed in the observation group.While in the control group,there were two patients were observed with postoperative bleeding within 24 hours.Conclusion Ear acupoints sticking-pressing therapy combined with comfortable nursing model can alleviate post-tonsillectomy pain significantly.更多还原
