【摘要】 目的探讨金华市特殊职业人群的初级救护能力及其影响因素。方法根据知、信、行理论模式自行编制调查表,采用便利抽样法选取金华市2个城区的交通警察、消防员、出租车司机、电业人员、导游共750名进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷716份,调查内容包括一般人口学资料及初级救护能力。结果 (1)金华市特殊职业人群初级救护能力各维度平均得分从高到低排序依次为:救护知识(3.40±0.53)分、救护行为(3.18±0.84)分、救护态度(3.02±0.49)分;(2)多因素分析发现,职业、月收入、工龄、年龄是特殊职业人群初级救护能力的主要影响因素;(3)Pearson相关分析提示救护知识、态度与行为间呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论金华市特殊职业人群具备了一定的初级救护知识和救护技能,但救护责任感相对欠强;职业是影响目标人群初级救护能力的最重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the primary ambulance capacity and its influencing factors of the special occupational population in Jinhua.Methods The data were collected via the self-designed questionnaire based on the model of Knowledge,Attitude and Practice(KAP).A total of 750 subjects of traffic police,firefighters,taxi drivers,electric power personnel and tourist guides were selected to undergo the questionnaire survey by convenience sampling in Jinhua and 716 valid questionnaires were recycled.The survey content covered the general demographic data and primary ambulance capacity.Results ①The mean score of primary ambulance capacity of the special occupational population in descending ordered were:the first-aid knowledge(3.40±0.53),the first-aid behavior(3.18±0.84) and the first-aid attitudes(3.02±0.49).②Multipal linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of primary ambulance capacity were occupation,income,seniority and age.③Pearson correlation analysis showed that the first-aid knowledge,attitude and behavior were positively correlated(P<0.01).Conclusion The special occupational population in Jinhua have gotten some primary first-aid knowledge and first-aid skill but first-aid attitude is relatively low.Occupation is the most important factor that affects the primary ambulance capacity. 【更多还原
