【摘要】 目的探讨肘关节镜下滑膜切除术的手术配合经验。方法回顾性分析2006年3月至2010年10月,在嘉兴市第二医院行肘关节镜下滑膜切除术治疗的7例患者的临床资料,总结术前准备、手术体位、术中配合、术后器械的清洗等护理经验。结果 7例患者均顺利完成手术,无一例患者发生感染和其他并发症。结论经关节镜切除肘关节滑膜具有损伤小、视野广、诊断明确、恢复快、并发症少等优点。良好的体位安置、严格的无菌操作、准确熟练的手术配合是成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the experience of nursing cooperation during synovectomy operation under arthroscopy.Methods From March 2006 to October 2010,the clinical data of 7 cases of synovectomy under arthroscopy were analyzed retrospectively to summary the experience of preoperative prepare, operation posture,nursing cooperation during operation,instrumental cleaning and maintenance after operation. Results The operations were completed successfully in 7 patients and no infection and other complication occurred.Conclusion Synovectomy under arthroscopy has many advantages such as less damage, wider visual field,less recovery time,lower complication rate and can provide certain diagnosis. Satisfactory body posture placement,strict sterile operation and skillful cooperation are the key points of nursing during the operation.更多还原
