电网企业参与分布式电力交易经济效益评估

【摘要】 科学评估电网企业经济效益是分布式电力交易的基础,但其合理量化却难以实现。应用一般线损模型及机会成本理论,系统剖析了电网企业的系统网损、电网投资、售电损失、补贴支出等收益成本要素。以分布式发电运行经济可行性为约束条件,构建了电网企业的经济效益量化模型。在分布式发电出力、电价、补贴、成本等不确定因素变动下,运用博弈论思想推演了电网企业最优收益及实现条件。算例验证了模型的合理性,同时结果表明电网企业经济效益受电源出力状况和电价变动影响较大,经济效益实现是交易双方博弈均衡的结果。

【Abstract】 The scientific economic benefits assessment of power grid enterprises is the basis of distributed power trading, but the reasonable quantization of its economic benefit is still difficult to be implemented. Based on generic line loss model and cost opportunity theory, the economic gain and cost factors such as system line losses, grid investment, and subsidies of power grid enterprises are systematically analyzed. Taking the economy feasibility of distributed generation operation as the constraint, a model to quantify economic benefits is built. Under the uncertain factors including output, price, subsidies and cost of distributed generation, the optimal benefits and conditions are deduced with games theory. Example verifies the rationality of the model. In addition, results indicate that the economic benefits of power grid enterprises are significantly influenced by output and price, and are achieved by game equilibrium of both trade sides.
