基于电力载波的远程开关设计
Design of long-distance switch based on power line communication
【摘要】 为解决网络总线技术在控制远程开关时必须架设专用物理网络通道的问题,在分析了电力载波通讯技术特点的基础上,将电力载波技术应用到了远程开关的集中控制中。利用电力载波技术无需架设专用网线的特点,设计了基于电力载波的远程开关控制系统,解决了其他总线技术必须要架设网线的问题;以STM32系列处理器作为系统主站和从站的处理器,根据所用到的功能设计了处理器部分的电路,以ST7540作为调制解调器,根据所选定的工作频率设计了专用滤波器,对通讯周期所需的时间进行了估算。研究结果表明,采用电力载波通讯技术的远程开关控制系统能满足大部分对实时性要求不高的应用要求。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of network bus technology used in long-distance switch control must laying the private cable,the power line communication technology was investigated,after analysis of power line communication technology’s characteristics.Using the characteristics of power line communication technology that did not need to laying private communication line,the long-distance switch based on power line communication was established,which solved the problem that other bus technology must laying the private cable.The special circuit of STM32 as the system’s CPU and the special circuit of ST7540 as the system’s modem were designed.The time of each communication cycle was estimated.The results indicate that the system of power line communication can satisfy most applications.
