蓝莓采摘车制动系统设计及键图建模
Design and Bond Grapha Modeling of Blueberry Harvesters Braking System
【摘要】 根据蓝莓机的工作条件,设计了一种能够很好满足其实际工作需要的制动系统。并且应用了一种新的建模方法—键图法对该制动系统的制动阀进行了键图建模,并结合状态空间法建立了数学模型和仿真模型,最后用Matlab进行动态特性仿真,得出了制动阀在制动踏板阶跃力作用下的阶跃响应。
【Abstract】 In this paper,according to the working conditions of the blueberry harvesters,designing a brake system which is able to meet the practical work.And useing a new modeling method-bond grapha modeling to model for brake value,and establishing the mathematical model and simulation model combined with the state space method,finally do the dynamic characteristic simulation with Matlab,got the brake value response at the action of the step power on the brake pedal.
