数控进给机构设计系统的开发
Development of Design System of CNC Feed Drivers
【摘要】 为了提高数控进给装置的设计效率并能满足其静动态特性的设计要求,基于VB和Matlab平台开发了数控进给机构设计系统。该系统的设计原理是:依据传统零部件设计理论,在获得各个传动部件的静态参数基础上建立动态特性数学模型,通过优化设计和系统动态仿真与评价再反馈给设计系统,如此反复校正直到结构、尺寸、动力学特性等符合系统设计要求。实例证明该系统运行效果良好,为后续整个进给系统的控制和校正提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The design system for computer numerical control(CNC) feed drivers was developed based on VB and Matlab software,in order to improve the design efficiency and be able to meet the design requirements of its static and dynamic performance synchronously.The design principles for this system were according to the traditional machinery parts design theory,based on obtaining the static parameters of every gearing components,so dynamic performance mathematical model was established.By optimizing the design and feeding-back again to the system through dynamic simulation and estimating,and repeating correction in such a way,until parameters were finished up to design requirements in the structure,dimension,dynamic performance and so on.Examples prove that the design system has run well in efficiency,and laid reference for the following-up control and adjustment of the whole feed system.
